Who we are
ux.page is run by Endless Curiosity Ltd. Registered in England and Wales, no. 12677582. Registered office: The Accountancy Partnership, 70 Grange Road East, Wirral, United Kingdom, CH41 5FE. You can reach us at hello@ux.page.
What we collect
When you join the early access list, we keep your email address, the username you ask for, and whether you'd like news and updates about ux.page. We count visits to this site with Plausible Analytics, which works without cookies and doesn't store your IP address or anything else that identifies you. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we keep it
To hold your username and to email you when you can get access. We do this with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We'll never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
News and updates are optional, and we only email them to you if you tick the box on the sign-up form. We don't send any yet. If we start, every email will have a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.
Visit counts and Cloudflare's records of requests to the site rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it secure.
Who else handles it
The sign-up form is run by Tally, which stores your answers in the EU. Plausible counts visits and stores its data in the EU. Cloudflare hosts this site and, like any web host, briefly handles details such as your IP address to serve and protect it. Cloudflare is a US company, so this may happen outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires. Each of them only uses your information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Until you join ux.page or ask us to remove it. If you don't join, we delete it within 12 months of launch, or sooner if we close the list, unless you've asked for news and updates, in which case we keep your email address for those until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it, object to how we use it, or have it sent to you or someone else. Withdrawing your consent doesn't affect anything we did with your information before.
Email hello@ux.page and we'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
